That allowed me all of 4 minutes to edit my post.  Thanks. 

The change log for v1.1 can be accessed at the top of the thread, the purpose of having this thread with v1.18.

Other than v1.1 and v1.18, the only other relevant change to the light frigate and carrier balance I found in between is v1.17:

Gameplay / Balance -
All race's carrier cruiser's max speed reduced from 500 to 450

My post refers to v1.1 changes, if you bother to glance at it it.  If you have a point, please make one.  No, really.

Strike craft take ~10% longer to build.

Cruiser carrier strike craft antimatter build cost increased by 20%.

Also, it's 'relatively' less expensive. (beats me why they weren't more specific.) Price on the cruiser carriers want up by quite a bit.

I remember the day v1.1 was released.  It was a dark day for Vasari fans because it was the day Returning Armada died.
