Wish I could walk to work. And by walk I mean never leave the building. That would explain why your posting really late at night sometimes.

RoboRally is a lot of fun. Great recommendation there, Blair. I played it a bunch

I love it how they laugh when the guy says "Integrity is first at IGN"

Another excellent interview, I think I may subscribe to GWJ they sound like a cool bunch.

I loved the comment about really opinionated forum members being less than level headed as SoaSE was being released  so  true, was like handbags at dawn for weeks.

Wonder if he was referring to the outcry about the Vasari once beta 4 hit That was.. not the most fun time to be IC.

on Mar 13, 2009

Yeah you're right it was about that time, as I recall Stardock were filtering the forum info back to IC so they could see some meaningful feedback amoungst the bilge. You had to conciously refrain from posting as there were more flames kicking off than a 70's Vietnamese jungle.

Mr. Fraser came across as quite the witty fellow.  He not only has a good sense of humor, but I admire his wide interest in gaming and his committment to only releasing a product that meets his high standards.  He is most definitely a credit to the gaming industry!

Well done, Mr. Fraser, for both the interview and our beloved Sins!

A really good interview!  I'm glad that Blair acknowledged the skill gap that's emerging between hardcore players (who are heavily involved with, and well versed in the betas and change logs) and the casual players like myself who probably won't appreciate these purely numerical and statistical changes.

I'm really looking forward to the 2nd and 3rd expansions.  Here's to the continued success of IC!
