The Entertainment Depot has recently written a new preview for Sins of a Solar Empire based on their experiences with the beta, warning gamers "...not to miss what I expect to be one of the better games coming out this year for the PC."

Great review. I must say that the green/blue/red "skybox/skyspheres" are like a breath of fresh air when you start up a game. You should be building your first cap ship and sending your scouts to explore but you dont... Youre like "Wow Im in a green galaxy orbiting a blue star..." *rotate camera* - *zoom around* ... "Oh shit this is real time! I better do something productive..."

Not bad at all. Although i do remark, he was rather passive. I didn't get the same sense of AWE that the authors felt. He only got the beta version too
