Sins of a Solar Empire is now available for pre-order from select retailers in North America with more expected to appear over the next few weeks. If you've been looking to pick up the game from your local store or online, here's where you can find it:

Currently only the standard version is available and many of the stores haven't updated their game info yet. We'll post more locations as they appear.

If you pre-order from Stardock, you will get the Collector's Edition. So far, there are no retailers selling the Collector's Edition of the game, so it's all standard.

As of January 3rd, Sins of a Solar Empire is no longer listed on EBGames.com or GameStop.com. I know for sure I saw it posted a couple weeks ago but now it's been removed. Are these stores not selling it after all? Did the release date move for North America?

The release date hasn't changed; I'm not sure why they removed it. I'll see if I can find out next week, though.  (

This appears to be fixed. EBGames.com now shows Sins of a Solar Empire available for pre-order with the proper release date.

Thanks Yarlen.

P.S. What happened?

Not entirely sure, from what I was told they had a corrupt update on their end that lost us or some such. As you mentioned, they got it fixed today.
